● Q: Can OEM be provided？
A: Yes. But there is MOQ requirement.
● Q: Can the color of the housings be changed？
A: Yes. But there is MOQ requirement.
● Q: Can the length of the housings be changed?
A: Yes. But there is MOQ requirement.
● Q: Can the little supporting bracket for installing the electrical board inside the housing be provided?
A: It is provided if your order includes the heater and the blower.
● Q: What is the power of the 12V heater?
A: 6W.
● Q: Can the sealing ring of the front cover be changed into rubber material?
A: Yes. It has some extra-charge for some model though. Some of our camera housings are equipped with rubber sealing ring in the first place.
● Q: What is the working temperature of the heater inside the housing?
A: 120°.
● Q: Can all the brackets be applicable for the housings?
A: SM101，102，103 are generally applicable, while the other brackets are applicable only for certain housings.
● Q: Are the brackets provided together with the housings?
A: We quote the housings and the brackets separately. Clients should indicate if they need the price include housing and bracket.
● Q: Are the brackets installed on the ceiling or on the wall?
A: The generally applicable brackets are installed on the wall, while some of our models can be installed on the ceiling.
● Q: What kind of heater is there?
A: There is 12V，24V，110V，230V.
● Q: Which housing has better IP66 effect?
A: Model SM202, 205, and 206 have comparatively better IP effect, but other models are also efficient in meeting the IP66 requirements.
● Q: Which housing has sun shield?
A: Model SM205, 206 has sun shield.
